I used to weigh 95kg. I tried the usual things — going to the gym more, following online plans, changing gyms and coaches, hoping the next program would finally be the one that stuck. Some worked for a while. None of them lasted.

Where do the training sessions happen?
At your gym, at your home, or at a selected partner gym in Colombo — we agree on what works for you during the fit check. Gym membership and venue fees are not included in the program price, so there are no hidden charges to discover later.
How much time does this take each week?
Two to three training sessions of about an hour each, plus a short weekly progress review. The plan is built around your schedule — not the other way around. If your week collapses, the plan adjusts; it doesn't punish you.
I've failed every diet before. Why would this be different?
Because those plans only managed your food and your workouts — and ignored the things that actually broke your progress: stress, sleep, cravings, and a life that doesn't stop. Project Carve coaches all of it as one system. And instead of handing you rules, it teaches you how the system works, so you can adjust it when life changes.
Do I need supplements or fat burners?
No. The system is built on real food and structured training. My own 30kg transformation happened with zero supplements and zero fat burners — and that's exactly how I coach.
Will I lose 30kg in 3 months too?
Not necessarily — that was my own result over a longer period, not a 3-month promise. Weight loss speed depends on your starting point, body, consistency, and how much change your life can absorb at once. What I can promise is a structured, honest system and real weekly progress — not a fixed number by day 90.
I'm very busy and I travel. Can this still work?
That's what the Busy Bee track exists for — building consistency before intensity, with habit-based changes instead of strict tracking from day one. Busy weeks, travel and illness are planned for, not treated as failure. What's required is showing up every week, not being perfect.
What happens after the 3 months end?
You leave with a changed body — and the knowledge to run your own nutrition, training and progress reviews. Maintenance coaching is available if you want it, but the program is designed from day one so you won't need it.
